Terms & Privacy
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Auditionly ("the Service"), operated by Auditionly Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to brands, agencies, and creators who use any part of Auditionly, including the website, dashboard, search tools, and creator submission forms.
2. The Service
Auditionly is a creator discovery platform that aggregates publicly available information about Indian social media creators and provides search, filtering, and analytical tools to help brands and agencies run influencer campaigns. We do not represent creators, we do not negotiate deals on their behalf, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or resell the Auditionly database in whole or in part.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or spam creators.
- Submit false information through the creator listing form.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the Service for any activity unlawful in India.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
6. Creator Listings
If you submit your profile via the creator signup form, you grant Auditionly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display the information you submitted (handle, niche, follower band, content types, portfolio URL) within the Service. You can request removal anytime by emailing hello@auditionly.app.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service: your email, name, and account preferences. For creators, we also store the information you voluntarily submit through the listing form. We do not sell your personal data. We use Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) for storage and authentication. Audit logs are retained for 90 days for security purposes.
7.1 Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7.2 Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@auditionly.app.
8. Intellectual Property
All Auditionly trademarks, logos, dashboards, and original content are owned by Auditionly Technologies. Creator data and brand mentions remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Engagement scores, audience estimates, and other analytics are computed from public signals and are best-effort approximations, not financial advice or guarantees of campaign performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auditionly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid Auditionly during that period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
